Alex DeLeon is a multi-instrumentalist from Tampa, Florida. He plays guitar, keyboard, drums, bass, violin, and accordion fluently. Huge variety also can be found in his singing ability; on vocals, Alex can easily switch between country, pop, and standards, all while playing his own musical accompaniment.
Starting on accordion with lessons from his grandfather, prominent accordionist Mario DeLeon, Alex has a background in international classics, including Italian, German, French, Polish, and Spanish music, with special experience playing Oktoberfests in the South Florida area. Private lessons in violin refined Alex’s theoretical training, and time spent with the USF jazz program, including a trip where he performed in Italy, rounded out his musical education.
